REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- National ID card – original for verification
- Application for admission – completed, printed in color, and signed (Annex No. 1 to the agreement, available in the online system)
- Matura certificate – photocopy + original/certified copy for verification (for first-cycle/Bachelor’s degree candidates)
- Diploma and diploma supplement – photocopies + originals/certified copies for verification (for second-cycle/Master’s degree candidates)
- Tuition agreement – 2 signed copies + Annex No. 2 (available in the online system, do not fill in dates)
- Proof of administrative fee payment – if applicable
- Matriculation oath – available in the online system
- Proof of English language proficiency – copy + original for verification (for candidates applying to English-taught programs)
- Preliminary qualification may be granted based on your English matura exam (minimum 80%, extended level) + language test before the semester begins
If you cannot submit your documents in person:
- Authorize another person (with written authorization and their ID)
- Send the documents by Polish Post or courier to the university’s address with the note: ‘Recruitment Documents’

Note: Do not send original educational documents – send notarized copies instead.
If you do not yet have all the required documents, submit what you already have. You may provide the rest later, but only a complete set of documents guarantees admission.
