UTA invites students and academic teachers to take part in the “AI Ethics in Education” series – four online meetings devoted to the ethical aspects of using artificial intelligence in education. The initiative reflects UTA’s responsible and conscious approach to new technologies and their role in modern teaching.
Artificial intelligence is increasingly shaping the reality of higher education. It influences not only the way teaching materials are prepared, classes are conducted, and the learning process is organised, but also how we think about responsibility, academic integrity, autonomy, and the relationship between technology and human beings.
The “AI Ethics in Education” series has been designed not as a technology course, but as a conversation about values, standards, and the future directions of education in times of dynamic change. Its aim is to create a space for in-depth, shared reflection on how a university can function responsibly in the age of artificial intelligence.
The meetings will be led by Wojciech Bednaruk, an expert in educational technologies and AI ethics, and leader of the People-Centric Technology team in EMEA at PwC. His experience includes many years of international work at the intersection of education, technology, and responsible AI solution design.
