From June 29 to July 03, 2026, the University of Technology and Arts in Applied Sciences in Warsaw organised the International Erasmus+ Staff Week in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.

The event was attended by sixteen staff members from partner universities in Armenia, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Georgia, Kosovo, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic:

as well as the university authorities and ATA employees. Among them were: Institutional Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator – Director of Internationalization and Educational Innovation, dr Marta Drozdowska, prof. ATA, Vice-Rector Dr. Justyna Kłys, Prof. ATA, Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator from Warsaw – mgr Paulina Wąż, Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator from Wrocław – mgr inż. Lidia Reterska, Erasmus+ office staff from Wrocław – mgr Aleksandra Publicewicz and mgr Izabela Sum, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Management – dr inż. Ewelina Pałucka, Prof. ATA, mgr inż. Urszula Kąkol – academic teacher, Kalina Dmitroca – staff member of the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Architecture and mgr Urszula Bielecka-Osella – language course coordinator.
📋 The event program included:
- a presentation by ATA and partner universities,
- a Polish language crash course,
- a visit to the Vodka Museum,
- a trip around the Warsaw’s Old Town,
- workshops on soft skills conducted by dr inż. Ewelina Pałucka, Prof. ATA, and mgr inż. Urszula Kąkol.
These meetings were an excellent opportunity for discussion, exchange of experiences, and best practices among participants and partner universities. They also facilitated the establishment of bilateral cooperation between partners. Additionally, participants had the chance to learn about the history and culture of Poland and the countries of the event’s participants, as well as to taste Armenian, Brazilian, Dominican, Georgian, Kosovar, Ukrainian, Czech, and of course Polish delicacies during the International coffee break.
