Portfolio
Admission to the first-cycle Architecture program is based on a special aptitude assessment, consisting of the evaluation of an applicant’s portfolio. The portfolio should include 5 to 10 original works prepared by the candidate, in a format no smaller than A3, drawn in pencil. The works should include the following:

You can upload your works online via the recruitment system (accepted formats: PDF, JPG, TIFF) or submit them in person at the Rector’s Office. Each portfolio must be signed with your full name and date of birth.
Applicants are also required to pay the application fee through ATA’s online recruitment platform via instant bank transfer. If you choose to pay the fee directly to ATA’s bank account, you must send proof of payment to: rekrutacja@akademiata.pl with the subject line “portfolio”.

The original and a photocopy of the secondary school leaving certificate (original for verification; a certified copy is not a photocopy). The Matura certificate is the most important document required for the enrollment.
-
National ID card (for verification purposes only).
-
One recent and signed photo on a white background, taken from the front, in 3.5 x 4.5 cm format. If in doubt, it’s best to ask a photographer to take a photo with the same parameters as required for an ID card.
-
Proof of payment of the recruitment fees. If you make the payments through your recruitment account, they should be visible in our system. However, it’s best to have proof of payment on hand (you don’t need to print it – sending a file by email or showing it on a mobile device at the Rector’s Office is sufficient).
