International scholarship within Erasmus+ Programme is granted for one or two semesters, during which the student realises courses in the international partner University, provided that the total duration of studies and internship does not exceed 12 months in every cycle of studies.
ATTENTION! The period of funding of the mobility (paying the scholarship) depends on the funds granted to UTA by the National Agency of Erasmus+ Programme and in case of studies is minimum 2 months (60 days), maximum 5 months (150 days).
The available mobility opportunities are:
A student qualified for studies as part of the Erasmus+ Programme must prepare, in cooperation with the relevant Departmental Erasmus Programme Coordinator and the partner university Online Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Studies – via the website and a course recognition table. These documents include a list of courses taken at the partner university and their equivalents from the study programme at UTA. Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Studies must be approved by the student, the partner university and the Departmental Erasmus Programme Coordinator before departure.
The courses selected and included in the Course Recognition Table and in the Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Studies, to be completed at the partner university, should:
Here you can find the guidelines how to complete the Learning Agreement.
Any changes to the Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Studies require the written consent of all three parties – the student, the Faculty Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator and the partner university. The student informs the University of such changes immediately, not later than 4 weeks after the beginning of the classes at the partner university, by sending an updated Learning Agreement, in the section During the mobility.
The conditions, time limit and method for making up any outstanding work resulting from the study plan for a student returning from an Erasmus+ mobility are defined individually by the Dean of the faculty in the document Annex to the Learning Agreement.
NOTE: If the student fails to complete courses included in the Learning Agreement, UTA has the right to demand the return of the grant awarded under the Erasmus+ Programme.
The settlement and recognition of the study period completed at the partner university is based on the certificate from the partner university which confirms the actual time of mobility, including the start and end date of mobility, the Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Studies signed before the mobility and the Transcript of Records obtained at the partner university.
The condition for the recognition of the courses completed at the Partner University as part of the Erasmus+ Programme is the determination of the convergence of the learning outcomes achieved during the course of study, corresponding to the courses defined in the study programme in the field of study, educational profile and specialisation, in which the student studies at UTA.
