A foreign grant under the Erasmus+ Programme is awarded for a minimum of 2 months, during which a student completes the traineeships in a foreign institution. The total duration of the mobility, including studies and traineeships, can’t exceed 12 months in each study cycle.
Attention! The financing period of the mobility (i.e. grant payment) depends on the number of funds awarded to the UTA by the National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme and lasts in case of traineeships (SMP) minimum of 2 months (60 days), maximum of 3 months (90 days).
Available types of mobility:
It is possible to do traineeships such as:
While choosing a placement, remember that the traineeships programme must be coherent with the studied field.
Finding a place, making contact with a company, and acquisition of confirmation from the receiving institution as well as all matters related to the accommodation rely on the student. Traineeships offers may be found on the platform www.erasmusintern.org.
Places where students did their traineeships can also be found in the Baza Praktyk published by Erasmus Student Network Poland. A list of companies/institutions where WSEiZ students did their interships in previous years could be also received from the Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator.
Traineeships may be complete in an enterprise, organisation, or institution in a country taking part in the Erasmus+ Programme.
Attention! The receiving institution can’t be an EU institution, an institution managing EU programmes, or a diplomatic post of the student’s home country.
A student qualified for the traineeships under the Erasmus+ Programme is obliged to prepare, in cooperation with the receiving organisation and the relevant Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinator, Learning Agreement for Traineeships. This document defines the tasks to be completed by the student during the traineeships, the learning outcomes to be achieved, and the ways of student evaluation. The Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Traineeships must be signed by the student, the receiving institution, and the relevant Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinator before departure.

Any changes to the Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Traineeships require the written agreement of all three parties – the student, the relevant Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinator, and the receiving institution. The student notifies the University of such changes immediately, no later than 4 weeks after the start of mobility, by sending updated Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Traineeships, in a section During the mobility.
