Program and structure of studies
The program offers over 437 hours of intensive and interactive learning, delivered entirely in English. Teaching formats include business case studies, workshops, simulations, team projects, and leadership sessions with global business executives. The faculty consists of both internationally experienced academic experts and seasoned business practitioners from Poland and abroad.
International MBA curriculum has been carefully designed to meet the demands of modern leadership and includes eight core thematic blocks:
- Strategic Leadership & Organizational Excellence – contemporary leadership, organizational transformation, and executive coaching.
- Business Finance & Economic Intelligence – financial management, business valuation, managerial accounting, and decision-making economics.
- People & Talent Empowerment – HR strategies, team motivation, negotiation, executive communication, and public speaking.
- Market Dynamics & Brand Impact – marketing strategy, brand development, PR, and business law.
- Innovation, Tech & Digital Transformation – managing innovation, e-business models, digital tools, and AI applications in management.
- Sustainable Business & Responsibility – ESG, corporate responsibility, ethical leadership, and sustainability.
- Operational Agility & Performance – project and process management, risk management, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
- Global Mindset & Language Proficiency – intercultural competence and language training (German or Spanish).

Payment of tuition fees should be made to the individual account received with the admission decision. Until the individual account is received, payments should be made to the account given below. In the title of the transfer, it is necessary to write one’s name, surname, PESEL number and the name of the studies.

- For employees of the same company applying for MBA studies at the same time – 15%
- For all graduates of the University of Business in Wroclaw / Wroclaw Business University of Applied Science – 10% and exemption from the administrative fee
- For family members who decide to undertake MBA studies at the same time – 10%
- For family members taking up MBA studies in the following 2 edition – 10%
- for employees of companies co-creating MBA programs – 10%, as well as their regular client – 5%.
