Admission rules

Admission Requirements for the Master’s Degree in Management

To enroll in the Master’s Degree in Management, candidates are required to meet the following condition:

  • Hold a diploma confirming completion of at least a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), providing qualifications at Level 6 of the Polish Qualifications Framework.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit:

  • National ID card (original for verification)

  • A signed and color-printed application form (Appendix 1, generated from the online system)

  • For Bachelor’s degree holders: a copy of the secondary school-leaving certificate + original or certified duplicate

  • For Master’s degree holders (if applicable): a copy of the diploma and supplement + originals or certified duplicates

  • 2 signed copies of the study agreement (Appendix 2, generated from the online system, undated)

  • Proof of administrative fee payment (if applicable)

  • Oath of matriculation (generated from the online system)

  • For English-language programs: proof of language proficiency in one of the following forms:

    • a recognized language certificate (copy + original for verification), or

    • an extended high-school diploma in English at an advanced level (minimum 80%), or

    • a university placement test completed before the first semester

If You Cannot Apply in Person

You may submit your documents by:

  • Sending an authorized representative with a signed power of attorney and a valid ID, or

  • Shipping documents via national post or courier service with the note: “Recruitment Documents”, or

  • Using a parcel locker service: WRO347M (contact: 784 367 758), or

  • Delivering via an InPost self-service parcel machine – locker WRO347M
