What career paths await you after graduation?
Employment prospects
This program is perfect for you if:
You are interested in ecology
Environmental awareness in companies is growing, but there is still a shortage of specialists who can effectively implement pro-environmental strategies. With this specialization, you can work on projects related to reducing CO₂ emissions, recycling materials, or green building.
You enjoy analyzing data and drawing conclusions from reports
More and more companies are required to report their impact on the environment and society in accordance with ESG regulations, making data analysis skills crucial. By studying this program, you will learn how to interpret non-financial reports, assess environmental and financial risks, and advise companies on optimizing their strategies.
You want to develop your career in an international environment
Sustainable development is a global topic, and international companies are increasingly requiring knowledge of ESG standards and the ability to collaborate with various market sectors. After these studies, you can work in international organizations where the impact of industry on climate change is analyzed.

It's easy
Admission requirements for the Master's degree program in Management:
To be eligible to begin the Master's degree program in Management, you must meet the following requirement:
Hold a diploma of completion of at least a first-cycle (Bachelor’s) degree program (full qualifications at Level 6 of the Polish Qualifications Framework are required).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
1. A completed and generated university questionnaire from the online recruitment system.
2. The original and a photocopy of the secondary school leaving certificate (original for verification; a certified copy is not considered a photocopy). The Matura certificate is the most important document required for enrollment.
3. National ID card (for verification purposes only).
4. One recent and signed photograph on a white background, taken from the front, in 3.5 x 4.5 cm format. If in doubt, it is best to ask a photographer to take a photo with the same parameters as those required for an ID card.
5. The original and a photocopy of a higher education diploma along with the original and a photocopy of the diploma supplement (we do not require the secondary school certificate or high school graduation certificate). These documents are also required from WSEiZ/ATA graduates applying for second-cycle (Master’s) studies.
6. Proof of payment of recruitment fees. If the payments are made through your recruitment account, they should be immediately visible in our system. Nevertheless, it is advisable to have a confirmation available (you do not need to print it – sending a file by email or presenting it at the Rector’s Office on a mobile device is sufficient).
