Reasons to study at UTA
What career paths await you after graduation?
Employment prospects
This program is perfect for you if:
You are passionate about engineering and modern technologies
If you’re interested in how machines and devices work, and how to use modern tools to design them, this study program is perfect for you. You will learn to use CAD software, which will enable you to design precise machine models used in the automotive industry or in the production of agricultural machinery.
You want to solve real engineering problems in industry
If you find satisfaction in tackling real technical challenges, this program will equip you with the right tools and skills. You will work on optimizing production processes – such as improving the efficiency of production lines in electronics factories – which requires precise selection of machines and materials.
You enjoy working in a team and managing projects
If you would like to work in a team, coordinate activities, and manage engineering projects, this study program offers you those opportunities. With specializations in production management and machine design, you will be able to lead engineering teams, design production processes, and oversee operations in factories.

Admission rules
It's easy
Required documents:
-
A completed and generated university questionnaire from the online recruitment system.
-
The original and a photocopy of the secondary school leaving certificate (original for verification; a certified copy is not a photocopy). The Matura certificate is the most important document required for the enrollment.
-
National ID card (for verification purposes only).
-
One recent and signed photo on a white background, taken from the front, in 3.5 x 4.5 cm format. If in doubt, it’s best to ask a photographer to take a photo with the same parameters as required for an ID card.
-
Proof of payment of the recruitment fees. If you make the payments through your recruitment account, they should be visible in our system. However, it’s best to have proof of payment on hand (you don’t need to print it – sending a file by email or showing it on a mobile device at the Rector’s Office is sufficient).
