Reasons to study at UTA

The aviation sector is constantly evolving, and the growing demand for air travel is creating an increasing need for specialists in operational and strategic management

The knowledge you gain will allow you to coordinate the development of airport infrastructure. Understanding global trends in aviation will also enable you to effectively manage flight networks in large carriers.

Extensive internship opportunities and business collaboration

UTA partners with numerous domestic and international companies, making it easier for students to gain professional experience. Students also have access to case studies based on real-world projects, which allows them to develop analytical and strategic skills.

Individual approach to students and innovative teaching methods

At UTA, the classrooms are small, allowing for close contact with lecturers and support in professional development. The teaching methods include workshops, interactive business games, and strategic simulations, which engage students and help them understand the complexity of management processes.

The studies provide the opportunity to acquire skills in managing airports, airlines, and handling companies.

You can work as an operational manager at an airport, where you will be responsible for optimizing passenger and cargo traffic. In an airline, your expertise will enable you to plan routes, negotiate fuel supply contracts, and ensure the profitability of connections.

Dual diploma

In addition to a Polish bachelor’s degree, by studying Management at UTA you can also earn an American Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree awarded by Herzing University (USA). You can obtain the U.S. Bachelor of Science degree after completing just one year of study at Herzing University.
After finishing your studies in the U.S., you may apply for a one-year visa extension and gain work experience through the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program. UTA is the only official partner of Herzing University in Poland.
