Practical aspects of the profession

The Health Care Facility Management specialization will prepare you for the role of a specialist whose competencies will enable you to work in any health care service provider, particularly in middle and senior management positions. As a graduate of this specialization, you will learn the principles of organizational management, document flow procedures, including electronic document management, as well as important issues related to administration and financial settlements. During the courses, you will complete practical projects focused on improving management processes and enhancing service quality, which will prepare you, among other things, to engage in public-private partnership collaborations.

Dual Diploma

In addition to the Polish bachelor’s degree, by studying Management at ATA, you can obtain the American Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree issued by Herzing University (USA). You will receive the American Bachelor of Science degree after completing just one year of studies at this university. After finishing your studies in the USA, you can apply for a one-year extension of your visa and engage in employment under the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program. ATA is the only partner of Herzing University in Poland.

Continuation of Studies

After completing your undergraduate studies, you can deepen your knowledge of management through second-cycle (master’s) studies. More information can be found here.

As a hospital director, you will be responsible for organizing work, managing staff, and overseeing the facility’s budget, which requires both management skills and knowledge of legal regulations.

Coordinating activities in wellness and SPA centers.

These studies will prepare you for work in health and wellness centers, where you will be responsible for organizing and supervising health and rehabilitation services. You will be able to run a SPA center, ensuring patient comfort, managing a team of therapists, and organizing wellness programs.

Work in supervisory and inspection institutions.

After graduation, you can work as a health inspector, overseeing the compliance with sanitary standards and the quality of services in hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. Your goal will be to ensure that healthcare facilities operate in accordance with applicable laws and standards.
