• you will be registered for health insurance (if you do not have any other title to insurance and you are not family members insured person).

• you will conclude an employment contract and a civil law contract,
• you will receive an employment certificate,
• you will register for social and health insurance,
• you will receive detailed information about employment at UTA.

Foreign candidates:

• we will check the original documents required in the recruitment process,

• you will add yourself to the university database of the Bureau of Academic Entrepreneurship of UTA,
• you will learn about the organized job fairs,
• you will receive assistance when opening a business,
• you will take part in classes on how to navigate the labor market,
• you will read the latest job offers addressed to UTA students,

Library:

• you can borrow and return books and extend the deadline for their return,
• you will set up a library account and settle your circulation card,
• you will receive information about the contents of the book collection, as well as assistance in browsing
  library catalog and full-text and abstract databases,
• we will tell you how to search for information in the catalogs of other libraries,
  digital repositories, electronic magazines and we will advise
  when selecting literature for writing semester and diploma theses.

• you will receive information about overdue payments,
• you clarify doubts regarding delays in payments (tuition fees and others),
• you will obtain information about the possibilities of settling accrued liabilities,
• you will receive legal advice regarding settlements with the university resulting from the contract for the provision of educational services.

• you declare your willingness to participate in the Erasmus+ program,
• you will get a list and contacts to partner universities,
• as well as companies and institutions in the countries participating in the Program,
• you will receive assistance with the entire procedure of completing the appropriate documents,
• you will receive support from our university coordinators during your stay abroad.
