The drawing exam
A visual arts aptitude test is the basis for admission to the first-cycle (bachelor’s) degree program in Design at ATA.
The test consists of creating a still life study on B2-format paper using pencil (from 2H to B6), graphite, or crayon. Candidates are asked to bring their own drawing tools. The university will provide the drawing board and paper.
The submitted works will be evaluated by the admissions committee based on the candidate’s ability to observe and compose on a two-dimensional surface, as well as their sensitivity to space, light, and texture.
After receiving a positive qualification, candidates must submit the following documents to the Rector’s Office:
-
A completed and printed university application form from the online admissions system
-
A copy of the secondary school leaving certificate or its equivalent obtained outside the Republic of Poland, or another document qualifying the candidate for admission
-
One photograph
-
A copy of an identity card or other valid form of identification
Please note – you may take the aptitude test only once during the admissions process for a given academic year.
