Why study at ATA

High demand for specialists in this field

With the growing environmental awareness and the need to counteract climate change, environmental protection specialists are increasingly sought after in the job market. Companies dealing with renewable energy sources, such as those producing photovoltaic panels, need experts to develop technologies and manage projects.

A job that has a real impact on improving the condition of our planet

Studies in Environmental Protection offer the opportunity to actively participate in projects aimed at saving our planet. You will have the chance to work on projects that help in the fight against climate change, such as developing solutions based on renewable energy sources.

An interdisciplinary approach to environmental protection

The Environmental Protection program combines knowledge from natural, technical, and legal sciences, offering a wide range of career opportunities. Students gain skills in both environmental management and the application of modern protection technologies, such as wastewater treatment and renewable energy sources.

Attractiveness of the job market and variety of positions

After completing their studies, graduates can work in various industries, such as energy, water and wastewater management, or waste management. Specialists can find employment in companies involved in, for example, biofuel production, or in public administration.

Access to modern tools and technologies

Students of the Environmental Protection program have access to modern tools and technologies that enable better monitoring and management of the environment. During laboratory and field classes, they have the opportunity to work with advanced systems for analyzing water, air, and soil quality.

What can you do after these studies?

Employment prospects

You can work in companies dealing with renewable energy sources

As a specialist in this field, you will be able to design and implement systems for utilizing renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaics or wind energy. You will work on installations that help companies reduce CO2 emissions and lower energy costs.

Water and wastewater management

You will be responsible for developing and implementing water and wastewater management strategies in local governments or companies involved in wastewater treatment. Your tasks will include improving water quality in cities, as well as monitoring and enhancing wastewater treatment processes.

You can work in institutions focused on nature conservation

After completing your studies, you will be able to work in organizations dedicated to the protection of protected areas. Your tasks will include monitoring the state of nature, preparing environmental expertise, and implementing biodiversity conservation strategies.

Environmental auditor or environmental management consultant

You will be able to work as an environmental auditor, conducting audits in companies that want to optimize their operations in terms of compliance with environmental protection regulations. Your tasks will include analyzing the effectiveness of natural resource management, as well as monitoring and minimizing pollution emissions.

Actions for sustainable development of regions and municipalities

After completing your studies, you will be able to participate in creating sustainable development strategies that take environmental protection into account. Your tasks will include developing land-use plans that integrate ecological needs with the economic development of regions.
